Meet the Larssons.
Ally was raised in the South, and her love of fried green tomatoes and collards runs deep. She’s spent recent years exploring what else the world of food has to offer. During her time working at Findlay Market she gained exposure to different food, cooking techniques, cookware and the importance of local, seasonally sourced ingredients. Through interacting with customers, vendors, and fellow market enthusiasts she began to see and better understand the diverse needs and preferences that exist within our food-loving community.
Erik is a Westwood native steeped in the art of curating a customer experience and serving up delicious goods. During his dedicated years at Trader Joe’s, he honed his skills and knowledge. His vibrant passion for food became the foundation of their home-cooked meals and helped seed what is now Westwood Farmers Market.
Together, Ally and Erik envisioned a place where the community could come together and access the best that local has to offer. To let it serve as a haven for all, fostering an appreciation for the connection between what's on our plate and the hands that cultivated it.
